   * 2018.179.08:30:30.29?ERROR sc  -13 setcl: formatter to FS time difference 0.5 seconds or greater. Delay difference is stable and a sensible value, times in fmset seem to differ by 0.6 seconds but are synced (Ross)
   * 0923UT - performed an fmset between scans to stop the alarm (Ross)
   * 1229UT - opened S/X valve for 5 minutes to cool receiver (Ross)
