  * Pre-observation setup: hb is stuck in /mk5/!mode? 0 : ext : 0x55555555 : 4 : 2 ; - I think there is something wrong with the proc file, Couldn't figure out the problem with Warren's help. (Bryn)
  * Pre-observation setup: mk5=dot? returning  syncerr_gt_3 constantly - have tried resetting ntpq on mk5, rebooting mk5, reconfig dbbc and running fmset several times, to no avail. (Bryn)
  * 18:33 UT: Experiment started late - missed scan 245-1830 (Bryn)
  * 18:35 UT: Getting WARNING:  0 : 0x00340003 : 1028 : interrupts error from mark-5b dim or dom, halting schedule to restart dim
  * 18:50 UT: Rebooted mk5 computer. Resynced DBBC & mk5 with fmset. Still getting syncerr_gt_3 and interrupts errors (Bryn)
  * 19:16 UT: Getting format problem errors from mk5, halting schedule until I can contact Jamie for fix (Bryn)
  * 22:49 UT: Errors fixed by Jamie. Clock rate was set wrong on pcfs causing all of the above errors. First good scan is 245-2249 (Bryn)

**Yarragadee 12m: **

Disk VSN: TR-00014

Data volume at beginning: 702.947 GB
  * 18:33 UT: Experiment started late - missed scan 245-1830 (Bryn)
  * TR-00014 module was close to full (57.130 GB remaining). Bank swapped to (completely empty) NRCAN-05/2000GB, first scan on new module 246-1146a @ 11:46:03 UT. Scan 246-1142 was unfortunately missed during swap (Lucas).
