Known problems:
disk change at around 15:15 when space ran out day 287. some wind stows about 3:00-3:30 day 288

Missed Scans:
missed scans 287-0700 to 287-0725, first source was 1923+210 scan 027-0736. may have missed part of scan near disk change at 15:15 day 287, and some between 3:00-3:30 day 288
