Formatter (H-maser) leads GPS by 9.6059 microsec at 2013.288.14:25:03.04

Additional experiment notes:
Recorded 1635.89 GB to module HOB+1010 using the Mark5B+ recorder. The Module is being sent to Bonn using eTransfer.

Known problems:
Clock offests were not able to be read by the pcfs, so were entered manually as comments in log.

Missed Scans:
First 3 scans were missed due to mk5 issues.
