====== Open a New PCFS Log file ======
Before going further, it's a good idea to make sure all activity is logged in the appropriate log file on th PCFS machine. So in the Operator Input section of e-remote Control (or in the Operator Input windown on the pcfs[hb|ke|yg] VNC session) type:

<code>log=<experiment_name><station_ID></code>

For example, if the experiment is r1456 and the station is Katherine, type:

<code>log=r1456ke</code>

The log window should confirm a new log file has been opened and the Status Monitor window will tell you the name of the log too ((the actual log file is on pcfs[hb|ke|yg] in /usr2/log/)).
