** Minutes of 15.04.2015 Observers' Meeting **

  - **Tsys:** Jacob is doing Tsys extraction from the log files to crosscorrelate it with geodetic parameters. Liza to ask him if his extraction script can be used for the real-time Tsys monitoring.
  - **Feedback -- use of correct modules**: handover notes will be pre-created by Liza and Imogen for the observers with the correct module's VSN typed in to facilitate correct media choice.
  - **Feedback --  R1 transfer monitoring:** Warning to be placed in both handover notes of the particular experiment and on the top of the title Handover Notes webpage.
  - **LBA**: in the future, LBA sessions will be rostered together with IVS by Jim. If LBA observations coincide with IVS, observer setups/monitors both, between IVS session observers setup/monitor LBA antennas only. Shifts for LBA observations start/end at the same time as AuScope shifts. Next LBA session is (approximately) Jul 15-19, 2015.
   - **Parkes monitoring**: Next Observer's meeting will be dedicated to the Parkes training aimed to prepare observers for the AOV astrometric observations in May 2015.
   - **Purchase of a new observer's chair**: Jim will ask Karen for the Staples catalogue, then we'll vote for the best model among the suitable ones.
