====== Sending a start of observation email to IVS. ======

Once the experiment has started and valid data are being recorded, send a start message to IVS. **Note, you may need to manually enter weather details (especially for Yarragadee)**.

On ops2, open a terminal and type <code>start_message.pl</code>
then follow the prompts. You will have the opportunity to review and edit the message before it is sent.
