Steps to take:

If you have version 9.11.4 installed, a subset of the installation
steps can be followed to update to 9.11.5.  In this case, please
follow steps (1)-(6), (8)-(9), (11), and at least some basic testing
in step (16) to make sure there were no unexpected complications. .
This shortened process omits most of the detailed control and
procedure file updates that were needed for the update to previous
versions of 9.11.

  - (steps 1 - 6): Log in as root
    - cd /
    - tar -xzpf fs9.11.5.tgz
    - cd /usr2
    - ln -sfn fs-9.11.5 fs
  - (steps  8, 9): Log out as root, in as prog
    - cd /usr2/fs
    - make
  - (step 11): reboot
