The Field System computer (and KVM switch) were not operating properly during setup. I had to have Martin attend the telescope to restart the KVM switch and the Field System. The first few scans were missed (as described below) (Imogen (on call)).

07:55UT still losing ssh connection every 5 minutes which is preventing me from completing a checklist. Am still able to log onto Field System PC so was able to do some checks - everything is running smoothly at this stage. (Imogen)
