Experiment started Okay (Lucas).
Issues with the system monitor retrieving Monica data. Attempted to reboot monica on pcfshb as su but receive error socket: server socket: Address already in use
Still unable to restart. The issue is also causing LO status not display a value in the system monitor
Process IDs were killed, and monica was restarted. The issue persists.
