It appears maybe someone removed the disks mid recording and put new ones in? I have started recording to this new bank A module (PKS+0021) note there was originally about 190 GB of data on the mystery module (which is now going to be really hard to identify, however from the webcam it appears there is a 2TB module in bank B [hard to read label, maybe USN-something] but it is not showing up to any commands).
