Hobart 12m has completed r4610

The log from experiment r4610 has been copied to ivsopar.obspm.fr:/pub/ivsincoming/ Formatter (H-maser) leads GPS by 10.264 microsec at 2013.312.18:23:59.03

Additional experiment notes: Recorded 1700.86 GB to module HOB+0117 BKG-0057 using the Mark5B+ recorder. The Module is being sent to wash using eTransfer.

Known problems: Tsys (X+S Bands) higher than normal. Mark5 reporting sync errors, clock stable though.
