Steps to take:

If you have version 9.11.4 installed, a subset of the installation
steps can be followed to update to 9.11.5.  In this case, please
follow steps (1)-(6), (8)-(9), (11), and at least some basic testing
in step (16) to make sure there were no unexpected complications. .
This shortened process omits most of the detailed control and
procedure file updates that were needed for the update to previous
versions of 9.11.

1. (steps 1 - 6): Log in as root
   1. cd /
   2. tar -xzpf fs9.11.5.tgz
   3. cd /usr2
   4. ln -sfn fs-9.11.5 fs
2. (steps 8, 9): Log out as root, in as prog
   1. cd /usr2/fs
   2. make
3. (step 11): reboot
4. (step 16):
   1. start fs
