Handover notes

Please use this page to write up any notes on anything that needs to be passed on to the next observer or should go into the end of experiment message.

Notes should be placed below the horizontal line as a new blog entry.

Continuing problems should be copied to the Current Issues page.

**Template for Handover notes:**

Be sure to add any specific notes about the experiment if required, for example “Special back end configuration for x reason”. Put as much detail as you can - the more the better.

It is ESSENTIAL to put your name after EVERY entry. Copy and paste the template into the new handover notes

Module: JOD-0024 Start Pos: 0 GB

Yarragadee 12m

Module: USN-0205 Start Pos: 0 GB

  • 18:30UT - Drives failed quietly during experiment start (no major or minor alarms). In HMI under Elevation showed red 'permit', 'energized', 'main break' and 'break off', leading to antenna failing to go into operate. I have no idea exactly what fixed it, but spent time doing resets from hmi in different combinations along with the usual antenna=off, =open, =operate combo. Somehow it came good and I started the schedule (Liz)
  • 19:18UT - First good scan: 165-1918 (Liz)

e-remote would not connect. I tried ctrl+shift+e, and killing the process, and restarted the FS then rebooted pcfshb, then shut down all other e-remote sessions to try and run hb but nothing worked. So no checklists. Thanks to Arwin, the log monitor is running.

The other module would not select, so we're going with this one…
