Hb pointing check
Feb 21, prior to R1471, checked pointing on 1921-293. Offsets were:
xEl : -0.01 deg
El : -0.015 deg
Sources was at Az, El = -101, 33.6 at the time. Decided not to update pointing model based on these small offsets
