01:32:20UT Haklted the schedule, antenna gave an error “rampepochtime not -1”. Antenna=open was entered (Arwin)
01:39:04UT Schedule restarted, starting from scan 034-0148. This didn't work either, no data was recorded. There was a power outage at ke and the ups for pcfs didn't kick in. (Arwin)
