- 0755 UT - Drive has failed, replacing NRAO-011 with new drive. The original drive is being marked as failed with the experiment noted. Missed scans 019-0748b 0752a and 0755 (Ross)

- 1757 UT - Module replaced; first scan on good module is 019-0757b (Ross)
