General Issues

• Sound on ops8 still patchy?
  • Maybe volume wheel is playing up - try hitting it
• AUM shifts
  • Working on 12m receiver for this
  • There will be notes circulated before it starts
  • Using flexbuf
• Sunday 19th August - Lucia is doing the shift?
  • Make sure calendar is updated

Handover Issues

• aov25:
  • ho: Receiver heating up again - seems to be happening regularly?
    • Ask whoever is out at telescope to cool it down at the end of the day
    • Fix is replacing cold head, but it is a major job - not happening anytime soon
• r1852/aov25/r1851:
  • ke: Difference between Mk5/Fs of 1 second. Happened twice - to sync or not to sync?
    • If detected after start of experiment, leave it (fairly easy to fix by correlator)
    • This is usually caused when ntp time not correct when DIMino started
    • Sometimes out by ~0.4 of a second, stable, but can't fix with fmset (also due to ntp time). A reboot will usually fix it
• r1852:
  • yg: mk5cn not responding, JMc rebooted mk5-2yg
    • Not sure why, stopped responding in-between scans. Hopefully one-off
  • yg: ntupdate not correcting offset after reboot, another reboot fixed it
• r4851:
  • ke: field system hung after ``disk2file`` command
    • reboot fixed it, something went wrong
• r1851:
  • ke: Autocorrelation spectra were weird. DBBC card died, Mick replaced it.
    • Seems to be stable after this - all going well
  • ke: mk5ke also died (wouldn't come back after reboot), but started working after Mick tried a different power cable, and swapped back
    • Mysterious
    • Jamie is not sure why this might happen
