Minutes of 15.04.2015 Observers' Meeting

1. Tsys: Jacob is doing Tsys extraction from the log files to crosscorrelate it with geodetic parameters. Liza to ask him if his extraction script can be used for the real-time Tsys monitoring.
2. Feedback – use of correct modules: handover notes will be pre-created by Liza and Imogen for the observers with the correct module's VSN typed in to facilitate correct media choice.
3. Feedback – R1 transfer monitoring: Warning to be placed in both handover notes of the particular experiment and on the top of the title Handover Notes webpage.
4. LBA: in the future, LBA sessions will be rostered together with IVS. If LBA observations coincide with IVS, observer setups/monitors both, between IVS session observers setop/monitor only LBA. Shifts for LBA observations start/end at the same time as AuScope shifts. Next LBA session is approximately Jul 15-19
5. Parkes monitoring: Next Observer's meeting will be dedicated to the Parkes training aimed to prepare observers for the AOV astrometric observations in May.
