pcfs-2hb

We can run three versions of the FS:

fs: connects to flexbuffhb and dbbc3hb
fs-aum: connects to flexbuffhb, dbbc3hb and dbbcho
fs-dummy: connects only to flexbuffhb

Note: if running fs-aum, the connections to dbbcho will be block and communication will fail from hobart.
