Agenda for Auscope operations meeting, April 7th, 2016

Presence: Ellen, Jim, Lucas, Arwin, Jamie, Tiege, Bryn, Ross, Jonathan, Liz, Lucia, Nick, Jesse

1. Jim has more information regarding the maser maintenance at Ke and Yg.

1. AUA010 last experiment to use all three telescopes in experiment before maintenance
2. Double check the schedule file to check that Ke and Yg are not included in the schedule for the next few weeks. Best to check the evening beforehand.
3. Summary file lacking information for disk usage

2. Ready/start messages information - Yg in particular is bad for not including the weather in the message. Easy to input manually.

1. Fill in SEFD/Pointing checks with note if no time to complete

3. Katherine all sky cam and weather radar down currently - alternatives?

1. Keep an eye on wind speeds, no anemometer to automatically stow the telescope

4. eremotecontrol problems

1. kill processes on pcfs - eremotecontrol server issues
2. Try using Dave's backup eremotecontrol or VNC Viewer
