DC Pointing offset of -0.0461 deg in xEL found today. It wasn't there last Thursday. Wind loading? Will need checking again after this experiment.
P1 is now -0.0465.
Yarragadee pointing check 5 July 2011
Check on 0537-441 (following a similar check on Tau A and 0537-441 yesterday). Offsets have not changed significantly:
xEL = 0
El = 0.135
New P7 = 0.8190 + 0.135 = 0.954
Loaded at 04:20 UT (day 186).
Katherine pointing check 4 July 2011
Spot checks on Taurus (looks fine) and 0537-441:
xEl offset = 0.0 deg
El offset = -0.015 deg
Az, El = 136, 39
Yarragadee pointing check 21 June 2011
Observed on Taurus A and confirmed on 0537-441.
Offset in El is 0.045 deg.
Negligible xEl offset.
New param P7 loaded into pointing model: P7 = 0.774 + 0.045 = 0.819
